Abstract
Irukandji-like syndrome is characterized by delayed, severe symptoms including pain, palpitation and dyspnea after a jellyfish stings, which has never been reported in Korea. We report a case with delayed generalized symptom after jellyfish stings. 24-year-old man complained very severe, generalized pain, three days after jellyfish sting. It seems that Irukandji-like syndrome may occur all over the world. We should monitor all patients with jellyfish sting whether generalized symptoms such as muscle cramp, sweating would develop.
